Is PocketPaw free?
Yes. The core dog-owner features are free and stay free: create your dog's PawFile, use PawRadar, PawMate and PawHeart, keep up to 5 PawMate friends and send 5 PawBark messages a day. PawVIP is optional.
What does PawVIP add?
PawVIP removes the daily limits: unlimited PawMate friends and PawBark messages, PawAdvisor (AI dog advice), PawPicks Product Analytics and a gold VIP crown badge. It costs US$4.99 a month or US$49.99 a year (two months free).
What are PawPRO and PawPRO+?
They are the plans for pet businesses. A Free Pin gets a curated business on the map with name, address, phone and opening hours. PawPRO (US$24.99 a month or US$249 a year) adds a silver-ring pin, photos, review replies, direct customer chat via PawBark, promo codes, a QR code and click-through analytics. PawPRO+ (US$64.99 a month or US$649 a year) adds the gold-ring pin, 10 photos and a video, customer heatmaps, a live dashboard and multi-location management.
How do I subscribe or cancel?
Subscribe inside the PocketPaw app on iOS or Android — web checkout is coming soon. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can manage or cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play account.
